How to stop smoking – 8 tips to quit smoking now

If you’ve been smoking for a long time, you’re probably aware of it’s long term effects (Emphysema, Lung Cancer, Loss of resistance, Skin, Hair, and Nails problems, etc) so if you’re in the process of disintegrating yourself through tobacco and want to revert this situation, this post might be the one for you. If you’re not ready or motivated enough to stop smoking and having a healthier life, it might help you out as well, but it’s all up to you. 

I can’t tell you HOW to stop smoking, but i can give you some information and tips so you can find ways and perspectives for dropping that s*** out and start getting your lungs back before you get cancer. Most of cigarette brands are filled with toxins like nicotine, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic and probably a hundred more which we don’t know, ready to contaminate your whole system.

What are some of the effects of smoking tobacco?

· Cardiovascular Disease: including diseases such as coronary artery disease, heart rhythm problems and rise of blood pressure, smoking tobacco can influence in getting a cardiovascular disease. It can also affect in conditions related to narrowed or blocked blood vessels which could ultimately lead to a heart attack.
