WhatsApp Status launched in February as an imitation of Snapchat Stories, letting you post customised photos and videos that disappear after 24 hours.
It now has 175 million daily users, significantly more than Snapchat’s 161 million, despite widespread bemusement when it was introduced earlier this year.”
WhatsApp stories have a lot in common with Snapchat, they both have the same features regarding the successful tool called “stories”. Business has this maniac yet very intelligent way of “copying” their adversity’s best features. Although Snapchat sank down a bit when Instagram and WhatsApp developed the same things, it’s still being used by millions of users, mostly teenagers/young adults.
This application has many features available for editing an image before uploading it to your story so that your contacts can see it and/or comment it by sending it to you with a specific commentary or message. Such image can have a drowning, icon or text over it. But it can also be easily resized.
#1: Take a picture or select one you’ve got stored.
#2: To the top right of the screen, you can see the features available for editing. Tap on the resize icon, which is to the left of the smiley icon.
#3: Resize it however you see fit.
#4: Submit and upload the image to your story.
